Is the Flash Player enabled?
It's possible that the Flash Player is not installed or not enabled for your browser. this is especially true if you are using Google Chrome and you have accidentally disabled Flash.
To ensure that Flash content is enabled, please read through the appropriate article below:

FIREFOX or SAFARI: Installing the Flash Player Plugin
- The event has not started
- The room is blank or empty
- Issues using Internet Explorer and it won't load
- Other software interference
