If you cannot see any content in your webinar window, please check if the presentation has started or the Presenter has put any content up for viewing. This can be common in longer webinars where the Presenters need to take a break or if they present on multiple topics.
If your webinar loads as a blank room, there may be some problems with the security settings in your web browser or network connection. A "blank room" means that you have loaded the room interface correctly, but you are not getting the webinar content. You can quickly check if you are in this "blank room" by seeing you you see a company logo that says "Your Logo":
**PLEASE NOTE: This will also show if the webinar host has not set a logo for their company. If this is the case, please let your host know this so they can set a logo.
