The Slides Module allows you to upload, convert and present PowerPoint slideshows inside of your webinar room. Below are some instructions on how to use the Slides Module:

Uploading and Converting a Slides Presentation

  • Click on the Slides tab located near the top of your room.
  • Click on the Start Slide Show button.

  • This will pop up the Slides Control Panel.

  • Click on the Plus (+) icon on the upper portion of the Slides Control Panel to browse your computer for your PowerPoint Presentation

  • From your computer hard drive locate the ppt or pptx file you want to upload into the room.

  • Double click the ppt or pptx file name to select or single click to highlight the file and then click the Open button on the lower right corner.
  • The page returns to the Slides Control Panel and you should now see the file name you selected to upload on the upper corner of the control panel , then click on Start Upload and Conversion.

  • As the upload progresses, you will see messages appear in order as shown on the image below indicating that the upload is on going.
(Note. Upload time may vary on the size of the file you are trying to upload; we recommend keeping your files under 50MB)

  • When the uploading and conversion process is complete, you will see the message "Your file has been successfully converted" and you will see your your presentation in the list of Available Slides
