We are having issues with recasts and MP4 conversion but we are looking into this - rest assured.

Never Received Event Password

I registered for an event but never received a confirmation email or the password reset email.


You may want to check if these emails from Webinato are automatically being filtered into your bulk mail or spam mailboxes. Many Internet Service Providers and individual email programs have filters in place to help prevent junk email from entering your inbox. If you think you have registered for an event but never received a confirmation email or event password please contact the company or presenter holding the event.

Please note that our support staff cannot give out passwords, nor can they provide account information for user accounts created for services outside of Webinato. If you are a trader and have signed up for, or are paying for, services from a trading company, please contact that trading company's support team directly.
