I have prepaid for a year. Why do I have an invoice?

While you can prepay for a year’s worth of your subscription, there are certain fees that accumulate on a monthly basis:

  • Recast Views
  • Mp4 File Conversions
  • Usage of Buffer Seats

Every month you will receive an invoice and if none of the above were utilized that invoice will have a $0 balance.  If any of the above occurred your invoice will reflect charges accordingly. You must pay the balance by the 4th of the month to avoid your account expiring.

We recommend to check off the box labeled Automatically charge my card from now on from your Admin page. It will be automatically charged in these occasions, and will keep you from having to remember to pay an invoice each month
