In order to suspend or cancel your Webinato service, you must login to your Admin Page as a Billing Contact and complete the steps below. If you are not the billing contact, or you wish to become one, please contact your account administrator and they can give you the proper account access.
- Click on Modify Account Status.
- Click on Suspend/Cancel your Webinato service.
- Click the radio button for Suspend or Cancel, provide a reason.

PLEASE NOTE: To cancel your account, you will need to click the "I would like and account manager to contact" button to send the reason for account cancellation to your Account Representative. They will then contact you via phone regarding the cancellation and process the final steps for you.
- You will receive a confirmation email shortly after. If you have a pending invoice, our billing department will contact you.
