 I am on the account so why can’t I view invoices?

In order to view invoices for your account, you must be listed as a Billing Contact. Please contact the person in your organization in charge of your web conference service and ask him/her to go to the "Manage Users" section of the Admin Page and add you as a Billing Contact.
