Can I download reports?

The Webinato platform gives you access to full statistical reports on various aspects of your webinars and meetings, including, but not limited to:

Webinar/Meeting Attendance
Attendee Locations and Login Duration
AutoPilot Views
Poll/Survey Data
Much more...

As soon as you end your webinar room, full reports become available and can be viewed or downloaded, in Microsoft Excel format. You can access your reports from your Admin Page.

Downloading Room Usage Reports

Log in to your Admin Page.
Under Rooms Management, click on View Room Usage Reports.
You will see a list of available reports of sessions over the last 180 days. Please note that you can use the available search parameters to narrow down your searches.
Click on a specific report to view more of its details.
On the report page, click on Download As Microsoft Excel to save a copy of the report in CSV file format.

Downloading AutoPilot Reports

Log in to your Admin Page.
Under AutoPilot Management, click on View AutoPilot Reports.
Reports from AutoPilot sessions will be displayed.
Click on the name of the recording to view more details.
Click on Download As Microsoft Excel to save a copy of the report in CSV file format.

Downloading Event Registration Reports

Log in to your Admin Page.
Under Rooms Management, click on Manage Events.
From the list of scheduled events, select a specific event by clicking the View icon to see more details about that event.
Click on Report tab to see the event registration report.
Click on Export to Microsoft Excel button to download a copy of the report in CSV file format.
