If you would like, you can set different levels of access for the Integrated Phone Conference Bridge for your webinar room.

For more information regarding using the Integrated Phone Conference Bridge, click HERE.

Setting Access

This is done through the Room Settings Page, located on your Admin Page:

  • Log into your Admin Page
  • Click Modify Room Settings, then the room name
  • Scroll down to the Room Functions section
  • At the end of the section is a setting called Room Conference Bridge:

Disable for All: This disables the Integrated Phone Conference Bridge for all participants, making Computer Audio the default option with no choice given.
Enable for Organizers/Presenters Only: Gives Organizers and Presenters the option to choose either Computer Audio or the Integrated Phone Bridge Audio. Attendees will still default to Computer Audio with no choice given.
Enable for All: All participants are given the option to choose either Computer Audio or Integrated Phone Bridge Audio.
Enable for All (Phone Audio Only for Attendees): Gives Organizers and Presenters the option to choose either Computer Audio or the Integrated Phone Bridge Audio. Attendees will default to Phone Audio (Dial-In Information will show automatically) with no other choice given at login.

  • Once you choose the desired setting, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Update Changes Button.
