Webinato offers two comprehensive tools to do full diagnostic tests to test your connection to Webinato servers.
To do the 2nd test, you must contact the Webinato support team to obtain a specific connection test to the server you are accessing.

- Launch Webinato Desktop App or Portable Web Browser
- Copy/paste the following link: https://www.webinato.com/conftest/
- Click Go
- Run each test by following the instructions
- Contact a support engineer if any stage fails.

How to Perform the Network/Speed Test and Read Results
- Click the Link provided by the Webinato support engineer
- Click the Start button to begin the first test
- Give it a small time to finish the test and make the results available. Copy the results to a notepad. A sample output is below
- Now, scroll down and start the next test
- Once both the tests are complete, send the output to the support engineer.
