PLEASE NOTE: Two-Window Mode is getting phased out as of Aug. 2016, and may not be available for your company. If you have any questions, please contact Technical Support.
In most cases, a pop up blocker has prevented the image window from opening. You should see a message like this:
Because your pop-up blocker disabled Two-Window mode, please click the browser notification and select Always allow Pop-ups from this site.
** PLEASE NOTE ** The screenshot below depicts use in Internet Explorer. The browser notification is in varying locations depending on your browser. For help finding this notification, please refer to your browser's help section.
This will allow the Webinato platform to open in two windows while still keeping you safe from pop-ups on other websites. This will also allow you to access conferences in Two-Window mode in the future without receiving this error again.
