This is how you can clear cookies of the Webinato Desktop Application while in a webinar room
The directions below show how to clear your WDA cookies if technical support directs you to do so.
- Right-click inside the room and a menu should appear
- Click on "Global Settings..."
- You should see the following Popup Window
- Click on Website Storage Settings Panel
- Click Delete All Site Data and Settings is checked. Then, click the Confirm button
- Now click on Global Storage Settings Panel
- Drag the Slider to Unlimited from 100 KB
- Close the Popup Window. The configuration is now complete
- You MUST EXIT the webinar room and JOIN BACK to finish the maintenance
