This article shows you what you can do if the Slides presentation never loads for you in the Webinato room, even though it is loading for others. See below for directions for Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Chrome.


Internet Explorer
  1. Open Internet Explorer
  2. Click on Tools menu and then click on Internet Options.
  3. Click on Security tab within the Internet Options.
  4. Select Trusted Sites by clicking once on the green arrow.
  5. Change the Security level for this zone to Low by moving the slider to the bottom. If you do not see a slider, click "Default Level" and the slider will appear.
  6. Click on the Sites button
  7. Uncheck the box Require secure verification (https:) for all sites in this zone.
  8. Type *.webinato.com into the box Add this website to the zone: and click Add.
  9. The site will now show in the list of trusted sites. Click Close
  10. You will now be back on the previous screen. Click OK to leave the Internet Options.
  11. Log out of the conference room and log back in.

Firefox
  1. Open Firefox
  2. Click on Tools menu and then click on Options.
  3. Click on the Security tab within the Options.
  4. Click on Exceptions... button.
  5. Type *.webinato.com into the box and click Allow.
  6. The site will now show in the list of allowed sites. Click Close.
  7. You will now be back on the previous screen. Click OK to leave the Options.
  8. Log out of the conference room and log back in.

Google Chrome
  1. Open Google Chrome.
  2. Click on menu icon and then click on Settings.
  3. Click on Show Advanced Settings at the end of this page.
  4. Click on Content settings... button.
  5. Click on Manage exceptions... button underĀ Cookies.
  6. Type *.webinato.com into the box Add a new hostname pattern and then click on the x to close the window.

If this does not work, you may also want to clear your temporary Internet files and then exit and reenter the room. Please see this article for instruction on how to clear these files.
