Recast/MP4 Issues
We are having issues with recasts and MP4 conversion but we are looking into this - rest assured.
Follow these steps to reinstate a user.

Login to the Admin Page using an account with admin privileges.

Click on the Manage Users link:

Click on Manage Suspended Members:
-
Select a Room Name.
-
Check all the users you want to reinstate and then click Reinstate.
