Recast/MP4 Issues
We are having issues with recasts and MP4 conversion but we are looking into this - rest assured.
You can always modify the role of an existing user account by logging into your Admin Page and clicking on Manage Users in the Rooms Management section:
Once there, find the user you want to edit and click their name. Scroll down to near the bottom of the page and find the Room List, where you can change the user's role for each room.
