How do I change the graphics in my room?

You can change the graphics seen in your Webinar Room by uploading either a Company Logo or a Top Banner Image. You can do this by logging into your Admin Page.

Your logo will be displayed on the webinar room login, event registration, and recorded session access pages, as well as in the upper left corner of the webinar room.

Images can be in JPG, GIF, or PNG format. Large images will be automatically resized to 200px wide by 80px high.

To add a Company Logo for your account:

• Click on Modify Organization Settings on your main Admin Page
• Scroll down to the Logo section and click the Choose File button:
  
  

  
  
  

• Browse your computer and choose an image that will be your Company Logo

• After choosing a file, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Update Changes button:
  
  

  

Adding a Top Banner Image

By default, your company logo will automatically appear in the top left corner of the room.

Setting this optional banner will replace the logo and place a wide banner across the entire top of the room. Leave this box unchecked if you do not want any top banner displayed.

This banner can be an image (.JPG, .GIF, .PNG) or a Flash animation (.SWF). If the banner is too tall, it will automatically be resized to 100px high, keeping the original proportions.

To set your Top Banner Image, go to your main Admin Page, and once there:

• Click the Modify Room Settings link
• Click on the individual room name (if you have more than one room, you can set a separate Banner Image for each room)
• Scroll down to the Room Layout section and check the box next to Top Banner, then click the Choose File button:
  
  

  
  
  

• After choosing an image file from your computer, you can choose to have the Top Banner Image Centered across the top of your room, or Left/Right Justified, by selecting the appropriate item in the pull down menu.

• When you are done here, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Update Changes button:
