The number of attendees you can accommodate in an event is dependent on your Room Capacity. To check your room capacity, log in to your room as an organizer, click on the Help (?) icon and select Show Room Info.
How do I adjust room capacity?
If you feel that you need to accommodate more attendees for an event, you may request for your room capacity be adjusted by calling our Sales Department at
415-394-8010 or send a request to sales@webinato.com.
You may also submit your inquiries online at http://www.webinato.com/info.
Please note that you must be a Super Admin or Billing Contact on the account in order to authorize these changes.
