Recast/MP4 Issues
We are having issues with recasts and MP4 conversion but we are looking into this - rest assured.
An attendee can listen to a webinar using either their computer speakers, or if you make it available, the integrated phone audio option.
Disabling/Enabling Phone Audio Mode
By default, your attendees will be given the option to choose either their computer speakers or the integrated phone line for listening to the audio of your webinar. You can enable or disable this by following these steps:
- Log into your Admin Page
- Click the Modify Room Settings link, then click your Room Name
- Scroll to the Advanced Settings section at the bottom of the page
- Check the box next Only Organizer/Presenter may use Phone to disable Phone Access for Attendees
Un-check the box to enable Phone Access for Attendees Click Update Changes button to save your settings.
Choosing Your Audio Mode
Attendees, and Presenters/Organizers as well, will choose their Audio Mode as soon as they enter the webinar room.
